After a year without any race, Lornah will start racing again. The last 14 months have been tough with an injury on the right knee. She worked very hard to fix the problems, with the help of physiotherapists Gerard Hartmann and Ger Keane from Hartmann Injury Clinic in Ireland and Bert Borghans from Bert Borghans Physiotherapy

They worked very hard and Lornah is training now twice a day already for a few months and she is very positive about her come back. She did a test last month in Zandvoort where she ran a 5.3 K but now she is ready for a race. On May 16 she will start in the Marikenloop in Nijmegen, a women's 5 K where 10,000 women participate. Right after the Marikenloop she will go back to Kenya to prepare for another race in June.
